Royce is situated in the heart of the student village, renowned for being one of the most sociable and attractive halls on campus with a hardcore reputation and an amazing hall spirit. As a catered hall you are never alone and can spend your days relaxing in the canteen gossiping about the latest Royce couples and listening to general bant about how many people Dadic has slept with!

Royce is built in one big circle, surrounding a big green that everyone chills out on when the weather is nice, with a couple of benches and BBQs for cheeky Royce socials. We have the largest common room on campus with both a wide screen television and a games room. Our common room is so great in fact, that Faraday come and use ours because theirs is so shit! We also have a laundry room 30 seconds away which we share with Faraday, but there's never a queue for the machines and it's pretty cheap! (Although we completely understand if you save all your washing to take back home with you!)

You are supplied with breakfast, lunch and dinner during the week and get more than enough food (I don't know why everyone is Royce isn't fat!) and during the weekends there is the Purple Onion and Papa Si's right next to Royce car park where you can get takeaways, buy sandwiches or get something to cook in your kitchens. If not, there are plenty of on-campus cafes where you can sit down and have a cheeseburger, fries and coke for less than a fiver!
