Royce has a reputation as one of the most sport-orientated halls on campus . This year alone our Badminton team has been unbeaten. The Men's Rugby team are also unbeaten at the top of the league. The Men's A football team made the semi-finals of the football cup and the B team are 2nd in their league. We are also currently table tennis champions. Our men's squash are currently 1st in their pool. Our Women's Hockey are currently 3rd and we are 2nd in Badminton. 

 

As a resident or affiliate of Royce, you have the chance to represent the hall in the IMS (Intra-Mural Sport) league. Each week, halls go head-to-head in a range of different sports including Rugby, Football, Netball and Badminton. Meanwhile for sports like Athletics, Canoeing and Wheelchair Basketball, there are one-off day events throughout the year. IMS caters both for people who have played a sport before, and those trying it out for the first time. It's a great way to meet people in Royce and get involved in Loughborough Sport in general.
